Pusyy Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide Platform Usage

Welcome to pusyy. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pusyy ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website pusyy.app, mobile app, and all services provided by pusyy.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on pusyy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

• Not an employee, partner, supplier, or immediate family member of any pusyy employee.
• Never had an account previously closed or suspended by pusyy due to fraud or breach of terms.

Pusyy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your identity card, passport, or any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at pusyy. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full legal name as per official documents, active mobile number, and bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. Should any of your personal information change, you are required to update your account profile within 14 days.

Phone number verification is required before your account can be fully activated. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled via account settings for an extra layer of security. pusyy is not liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

Pusyy accepts a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposit transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Pusyy does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits made using third-party methods or on behalf of another person will not be accepted and will be returned less any applicable transaction fees.

Pusyy reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates our policies. In such cases, we reserve the right to freeze the account in question while an investigation is conducted.

Pusyy is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal policy applies to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered under the same member's name with your pusyy account.
• The standard processing time is between 30 minutes to 2 hours for standard withdrawals, and up to 24 hours for larger amounts.
• Members must complete the full KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Each new deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, to prevent misuse of the payment system.

Pusyy reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before approving large withdrawal amounts. This is standard industry procedure to safeguard your funds and comply with anti-money laundering legal requirements.

Pusyy offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special offers during festive seasons. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each offer.

The general terms applicable to all pusyy bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement for most bonuses ranges between 15x and 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members — one bonus per account, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Winnings obtained using bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

• Hacking attempts, cyberattacks, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards staff or other members.
• Sharing your account login credentials with another party.
• Filing false or malicious claims or complaints.

To the extent permitted by law, pusyy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Financial losses due to exchange rate fluctuations in USDT transactions.

Members may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the pusyy support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure is processed. Please note that account closure does not cancel any outstanding financial obligations.

Pusyy reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Violation of any condition under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not eligible to reopen their account or register a new one. Funds held during an active investigation will not be released until the investigation is concluded.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
